Applicability
These terms and conditions are applicable to every use of the Chrome web extension and the website of Feel Robotics B.V. under the name of FeelMe AI.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and we will update these on a regular basis. Therefore, we advise you to consult these terms and conditions from time to time.
Purposes of use
With the FeelMe AI website you can establish a connection and interact with specific devices made by Feel Robotics B.V. and/or affiliated companies. This way your device can be controlled by video content.
Use of the FeelMe AI website is based on a monthly subscription, and users reserve the right to cancel at any time. We reserve the right to charge more for the use of specific features in the future.
Responsibilities of Feel Robotics B.V.
Feel Robotics B.V. shall make an effort, but does not guarantee, to provide users with a functioning FeelMe AI website and Chrome web extension that meets the current technological standards. Feel Robotics B.V. shall be updating the FeelMe AI website and Chrome extension on a regular basis, as a consequence of which the FeelMe AI website and/or Chrome web extension or related services may temporarily be unavailable.
Responsibilities of the users
Users shall only use the FeelMe AI website, the Chrome web extension and the devices for the intended purposes and in accordance with the given instructions and guidelines. Failure to do so may cause physical harm or material damage. Please be careful when using the FeelMe website, the Chrome web extension or the devices for the first time.
Without explicit consent from other users, users shall at all times refrain from (attempts to):
(i) making a connection to devices that belong to other users;
(iI) letting other users make a connection to their devices;
(iii) controlling the devices of other users
(iv) or anything that harms those other users or is experienced as undesirable
(v) connecting to content of an illegal nature
Users shall also refrain from use of the FeelMe AI website, the Chrome web extension or the devices that infringes the rights of Feel Robotics B.V. or affiliated companies.

1.4.2 The Free Gift is non-transferable and has no cash value.
1.4.3 The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
1.4.4 FeelMe AI reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the Promotion in case of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.
1.4.5 FeelMe AI reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion. FeelMe AI decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion shall be final and binding.
Liability
Except in the event of intent or wilful recklessness (in Dutch: “opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid”), Feel Robotics B.V. and affiliated companies shall in no event be liable for any damages to users or others, including but not limited to physical injuries, medical costs, loss of income and damage to the devices, computers and mobile phones and as a consequence of such the loss of data.
In the event Feel Robotics B.V. or an affiliated company is liable, this liability is limited to the amount of EUR 5.000,-.
Data protection and privacy

Applicable law and dispute resolution
The relationship between the users of the FeelMe AI website, the Chrome web extension and the devices and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Every dispute that arises out of or in relation to the use of the FeelMe AI website, the Chrome web extension and the devices shall be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
